    Hi Chris,

I just installed Simple Intranet Directory on my page, and I’ve noticed one particular problem. You’ve probably gotten questions on this before:

The environment is piggybacking on WordPress Active Directory Integration module.

I have a bulk upload of users.

Disabled users are updated along with current users.

Is there a way to exclude disabled users from the list of folks showing up in the Employee Directory? They are disabled at their email address, which would then read [email protected]

    Regards

    Hi there,
Well, we don’t have a feature specifically for disabled users or that integrates directly with 3rd party AD plugins. We do use core users and usermeta tables however for all user data, and also have a shortcode in our free version that allows you to target usernames. To include only specific users in a comma separated list use the username parameter such as: [employees username=”dsmith, rcharles”]. You can find this in the Simple Intranet menu of the Dashboard. Our paid version allows for lots more customized directory options, including a grid view. You can see shortcodes for both at https://www.simpleintranet.org/documentation/.
