    Hi. I’m having a problem with the exclude status on the analytics page. I excluded the status and it’s working, but when I tried to exclude the custom status on a custom order type that I created, it’s not being excluded. I tried the conflict test, and it’s still the same. I already cleaned the cache for the analytics and importing the historical data. Any help would be appreciated.

    It should be possible to exclude custom order statuses from reports. I gave this a try on my test site just now and it did allow me to exclude a custom status I just added.

    Can you send over the code where the custom status is created?
