Exclude current category from Events list

Hi,

I’m working on my events list by Category and I’d like to exclude the current category.
I have 2 types of categories : Types of events and Countries. I did it this way because when people select the Country category in the Full calendar they can see all the types of events with their specific color.

Problem is, since it’s the same page settings for both types, in the third column I need to hide the Country when people display the events list by country, and the type when dispayed by types (you get the idea). For this, I need to hide the current category.
I don’t use shortcodes but I can if it’s the only way.

Second question : how can I align the column titles on the left? It works fine on the events list by month, but here it’s centered, I don’t know why.
