Exclude clear cache RSS Feed or Path

Hello how are you? Thank you very much for your plugin it is very nice and useful.

Is there any option via Action or Function, which can prevent you from clearing the Feed cache or some Path? An exclude after X hours?

I have large Feed files due to Podcast, and every time the Cache is cleared, it takes hours until they are created again.
