Exclude certain uris from loading

Hello,
we have to exclude certain pages from loading the google tag manager script.
In the Advanced settings, it can be configured for certain user roles. Thats exactly what we would need, but with uri’s.

An idea was to use the gtm4wp_get_the_gtm_tag hook and check for the uri and then return the tag, but this hook is deprecated since 1.16.

Are there any other ways to achieve that?
