Exclude Certain Post IDs

Hello,

Referrring to:
“The first value you pass in is the post type that you want. If you want to get every post types, just use ‘both’. It also supports PHP array: example array(‘post’, ‘page’).”

Is it possible to exclude certain post ids from the the array, for example
get_most_viewed(‘post’, 10); excluding the posts with id 5, 12 ?
