Exclude Certain Days

What is the proper way to exclude certain days from the post scheduler? I don’t want any auto post checks or updates to happen on Saturdays and Sundays. I see the option for Limit checks on certain Days, with the field to add in a time for each day. What do I add to that field to have no checks or updates made on Saturdays and Sundays?
