Exclude Category From Blog Page

Hello,

I’m trying exclude a category from blog page but I don’t know what I need to do.

Here the blog page: https://www.goooal.watch/goals/
I want to remove the first video (“Must Watch” category) from that list, so only the games appears.

However, in the homepage (https://www.goooal.watch/) I want to have that category in the page bottom (as you can see).

Any idea how to remove the category ONLY from the blog page?
