Exclude Categories Not working

Hello,

I’m using your plugin to create a bulk discount (when user buys 3 or more the product a 10% discount will be applied) when products belongs to specific categories (coffee, filter).

The following issue occurred on my website though if I add 2 products from the coffee category and I add also 2 products that belongs on the restricted categories the rule is applying the 10% discount even though this is not correct. Could you please help me overcome this issue as this is crucial for my website.
