Exclude caching of the cookie

Hi all, I want to install a cookie plugin: Cookies and Content Security Policy

but after installing it I have a conflict with another plugin: Optimole

When I deactivate the plugin everything works, otherwise not. I got a message from support to exclude cookie caching. How and what should I specify or set where in your plugin? Thank you very much for your answer and support
