Exclude authors with no posts?

This is a beautiful presentation. BUT I need to be able to exclude an author on the basis of having no published pasts. This is necessary at https://settingForth.org when a new author’s posts are in Draft or Pending Review stages, or even when there are no posts at all as yet for the author. I can’t use the plugin in its current state because of this problem. (I know you can exclude an author by ID, but this would mean every time I add a new author–I have more than 70 now–I would have to remember to exclude them until their first post was published and then remember to remove the exclusion after their first post was published.) Thanks.
