    Hello!

    I’d like to ask you if I can somehow exclude my own email (admin) from the reports so I can get clearer picture of people receiving and opening my sent emails.

    Please let me know.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!
    As it turns out we are unable to have your email address removed from the statistics that we generate. The stats are simply based on the total number of addresses you have sent the emails to.

    The good news is that we could have a workaround for this case. If you send test emails to your address, then you could apply a specific category for those emails. Once you are done testing, you can apply a different category for your client facing emails.
