I want to exclude specific word from my site URLs to be cached. For example, i use custom checkout pages so the usual checkout page looks like /product/checkout-cat-food so in the exclude list should i just write “checkout”? (without the “”)

    Hello @soumahmed

    I hope you’re doing well!

You can exclude pages from being cached. To do so, please go to Hummingbird > Caching > Page Caching, under Exclusions add a URL string to a page that you wish not to cache.

Addition partial name from the page URL will not work I’m afraid. You can exclude any URL that contains /products/ by adding /products/ into the exclusion list. This will mean that URL site.com/product/checkout-cat-food will not be cached.

    Hope this helps!

    No, it didn’t helped.

For example, my product page is site.com/product/cat-food
But my checkout page is site.com/checout-cat-food
As you can see it’s not nested in any /products neither /checkout
So, how to exclude my custom checkout pages in this case?

Hey there @soumahmed thank you for your reply.

If the checkout pages are right after the domain then you should be able to exclude them by only adding /checkout-cat-food

Let us know if that helps.
