Exclude a post from a category

I want to exclude a certain post from a category. Basically I have a category with seven posts in, one of the posts should not be visible in the navigation and on the page that displays all posts from that category. The reason I cant just move it to another category is that it uses a sidabar that should only be linked to that category. I hope this makes sense.
