I need to exclude just one Fluent form from being scanned by CleanTalk. I have already excluded the page which contains the form, but I am still having users receive a “forbidden” response.

The form is a multi-page Fluent Form and includes a Stripe payment facility. I have had a number of customers complete the form and then be prevented from actually submitting the form. I can then find the customer blacklisted in the CleanTalk dashboard.

How to totally exclude CleanTalk from scanning this form?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Seems like there are some issues with the requests’ parameters from this page. Could you try to set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative?mechanism)’ here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Did it help?

As for the exclusions, the URL exclusion should work, I think you can try to enable regular expressions and enter order as URL. You can use this guide also:

    Hello.

Judging by the requests from your site, you have not changed the “Set cookies” option. We strongly recommend that you do this to avoid false positives.

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.

Sorry that I missed your answer. I have now followed your suggestion re: “set cookies” and will watch the results.

    Many thanks.
