    Hello, just wondering if you can help me out with a fix. Since the last update some of my customers are unable to place orders on the website. Once they put their credit card details in, instead of them being sent to the thank you page they get stuck in the Payment stage and a red exclamation mark with no text appears.     On the admin end, the order goes through as Pending Payment, so the payment and order don’t go through. I’ve already tried to make some changes but nothing seems to fix the issue.

    The plugin is set so when an order is placed for it to go on the On Hold status and I capture the payment manually by changing the status into Processing.

    Any ideas what is causing the error and if there’s a solution?

  • Hi @loloski – It looks like you’re receiving an error, but it’s being overridden by something. This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
