• In my e-learning website, prices are in US$ and I am using the plugin to convert Indian customers into INR, with a exchange rate of 1 USD = 74 INR. However the system is converting 1 USD to 1 INR without applying any exchange rate.

I am using the free version of the plugin.

    Hi,
    what’s type of the product?

The plugin supports all default WooCommerce product types (Simple, Virtual, Downloadable, External, Grouped and Variable).

    Thanks for getting back, Oscar.
I am trying to sell courses online. This is a e-learning website.

My courses are priced in US$, but for Indian Customers we need to convert into INR otherwise payment will not be possible. It is getting converted as 1 USD = 1 INR, even though I have put in exchange rate of 1:74.

I’m sorry, but, currently, the product type “course” is not supported.

Will it help if I go for the paid version of the plugin?
I believe this is a common problem for anyone who has a e-learning website. Can you suggest how to change the product category to something which this plugin can support?

I would really appreciate if you take a look at the website and give me a way out.

Can you kindly reply to my query here, whether going for the paid version will help me, or how to change the product category so that the plugin detects the correct change.
