    Hello,

I see that there are some topics already about the price staying the same after changing currency, but I couldn’t find a clear answer on how to fix the issue.

    The problem:
Price stays the same even after changing currency. What happens is that 100$ product will now be worth 100€.

In settings -> general -> Currency Options -> “Rate + Exchange Fee” all rates are set to “1” https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PUKCQUk_Bp4U3r_rzk7kOg-cpIIQu2XX/view?usp=drivesdk

If I change rates to something else then after pressing “update all rates” all rates again are set to “1”.

    I have a premium version (2.1.25)
    And the latest WordPress (5.9.1)

    Thank you,
    Daniels

    Hi Daniels,

This issue is mostly caused by a conflict, so for this case, we always recommend our customers to check if this problem occurs with only WooCommerce and our plugin. If yes, it’ll need to be checked further as a technical issue.

In your case, you’re using the premium version, so please create a support ticket on our Support Forum. If the issue on your site remains with only WooCommerce and our plugin activated, our developers will take care of it.

    Thank you.
    Best regards.

If anyone has the same issue here is my fix:
Try another Finance API in the Update tab > Finance API > then try updating the Exchange rate again.
It could be because the current API detects and provides the incorrect exchange rate.
