Exchange Page Titles for Image Page Titles

Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes.

Why not just use CSS to use whatever font you want for your Post Titles?

(And, as esmi says: be sure to make such changes in a Child Theme.)

If you examine any page on a site using Twenty Eleven, you will see a range of classes on the body element – including one that references the specific id of that page. You can use these classes to target an element on any page or post but if you are going to use images, it will quickly become quite tedious to make the changes each time. Far better to use something like Google Fonts.
