Excessive SPAM Form Fills

Over the last 3 days there has been a lot of SPAM form fills. By a lot I mean 30ish per day, typically all within a small window of each other. IP addresses are different, information is different. The email domain they or it uses does appear in many of them. But, due to the time it is wasting for the company receiving the leads I’m trying to see if there is a way to mitigate this? Having this many entries is odd. Anything that can be done would be great…
