Excessive Queued Logs

At the bottom of the Audit Log in the dashboard, there is a message that lists over 22,000 records in queue with a link to “Send Logs” yet, this link does not do anything. When selected, it just shows “Loading…” but never stops (I let it sit for over 10 minutes once). Refreshing the page, merely returns it to over 22,000 records in queue.
I deleted all the entries in the sucuri-auditqueue.php yet, it still lists over 22,000 records in queue.
