    Hi there,

I have been having a problem for a while where my WordPress sites for a while now.

When I make an update to the sites they are going offline and the domain shows the WordPress Install page for around 30mins.

My host says it is because they have reached the max_questions allowed per hour which is 30,000 (which I believe is a generous allocation?).

As I have quite a lot of domains on my hosting package, my host thought it may be a shared max_questions so made a new account where I started from scratch with just one domain (a brand new domain).

On this new account, I installed WordPress, added a theme, installed the required plugins for the theme and then imported the dummy data. While the dummy data was being imported, the site went offline.

I had previously looked into the possibility that a plugin was causing this so I disabled them all one by one but the problem continued.

I have no idea what to do with it, I can’t see any reason that my sites would be reaching 30,000 max_questions in an hour.

It only happens with my WordPress sites.

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks ??
