• My client was getting dinged on Siteground because of the excessive cpu usage. We tried everything and finally their support found that this plugin was causing the issue. According to the logs the plugin is still generating 3 requests per minute, which is a lot. Tech says: “To avoid further issues like reaching the CPU limits again, it will be better to contact its developers and leave it disabled until they found a solution.”

I see quite a few others with the same issue. If this won’t be fixed, is there another plugin that is worthwhile?

  • I am faced with the same issue at the moment. I am moving all links over to genius links now, and then I’ll be disabling this plugin. My logs are full of action=aalb_update_table requests, which is causing Siteground to warn me about excessive CPU usage ??

Genius links is a paid for service, but it is still cheaper than being forced to upgrade to a plan 10 x what I am currently playing just so I can use this Amazon plugin.

I’m having exactly the same problem…
