• Hi,

We had WPengine review one of our installs that was running quite slow and their results point to this plugin. Do you have any insites into this? we have had to deactivate for now but its an awesome plugin and would like to be able to turn it back on.

    From the review:
“I decided to monitor this and found over 1000 calls to http_worker within an hour. This function is coming specifically from mailchimp-for-woocommerce”

    Admin Load times
Please note this goes in the order

    1. With all plugins active
    2. MailChimp for WooCommerce Deactivated
    3. All Plugins Deactivated

    Products: 8.8seconds / 5.8seconds / n/a
    Themes: 10seconds / 5.6seconds / 2.9 seconds
    Plugins: 16seconds / 5.2seconds/ 2.seconds

  • Hey @websark,

Thanks for reaching out with that these specifics – this certainly looks like helpful information we would like to pass along to allow our developers to take a closer look at. To gather even more specifics, do you mind also replying back to this post with a copy of you WooCommerce System Status report? Also, do you mind clarifying how this is negatively impacting your workflow? For example is this causing delays on your site, etc? And thank you so much for being proactive with that testing regarding the themes and plugins – that is incredibly helpful for us.

We’re looking forward to your reply.

    Sincerely,

    Pearl
