Excess paragraph closing tag

    Hello, it seems that there is an excess /p tag in cp-public-int.inc.php right after direct access check. I have not found any opening paragraph tag in shortcode methods and have not found any opening tags in page’s source code. It causes browser to place empty paragraph tag before form and causes noticeable margin in my theme, I had to remove it locally.
