excerpt thumbnails not show up after checking friendly minify URLs

I recently installed Better WP minify and it works great. However, I checked friendly minify URLs and found out that excerpt thumbnails do not show up.
I ran a test in GTmetrix and found a 403 error in waterfall section. This error also occurs when friendly minify URLs is enabled. If I do not enable the friendly URLs, GTmetrix gives a couple of errors about the plugin and it slows the site down a bit. What should I do?
