Excerpts same as Title

When enabling excerpt functionality, it is repeating the title and does not show a summary of the article. I have experimented with the excerpt settings, confirm I have a license for excerpts and have been unable to fix the issue. Furthermore, I have looked in your troubleshooting area and do not see any information to solve the issue.

Thoughts as to what I can do to root cause and fix the issue?
