Excerpts Posted to Social Media Show Share Text

    I use SNAP to post to social media when a new post is published. I recently changed to this theme and now when posts are published to social media, the excerpt text includes the following:

    Share:
    Twitter
    Facebook
    Google+?

    I am assuming this is because this theme is set up to put Share links on excerpts which is fine, but I do not want that text pushed out to my social media posts.

    Any way to fix this?
