Excerpts not showing up

    Let’s see if we can figure this out!

    Things to try, in order.

    1. Make sure that you’ve filled out the Excerpt field for each page.
    2. Go back to the widget’s form and make sure that the Excerpt shows up with the green checkmark as in the second screenshot. If it’s green, that means the plugin sees the excerpt is there.
    3. Enable WP_Debug and see if there are any errors related to the_excerpt or anything involving fpw_*.
    4. Try with one of the Default WordPress themes enabled and see if that works. If so, the problem is in the theme.
    5. Finally, if still not showing, try the site with all plugins deactivated. If it works after that, there’s a plugin causing a problem.
