Excerpts Not Showing

Hi, I have a question. I purchased a theme from “Creative Market” called “Paisley!” I installed it on a different domain and I saw the post excerpts. I installed it on MY DOMAIN and NO EXCEPTS! I am at a total loss! I did the whole PHP code, and I even installed a plugin… and NOTHING!
