Excerpts for service page and Text Only for slider

hello there,

Thank you for this theme. i really like it.

I have two issues:

1- the slider under my name, how can i change it from page names to text only.
because i want to add other sentences not related to any pages.

2- when i add the desired pages in service section, i see that the Excerpts for that pages are not looking good at all. it make all the lines and spaces between the sentences disappear.
how can i customize this Excerpts to add different words or to just arrange the words to be readable ?
