excerpt with styling tags

I love this plugin so far however I am curious if there is a manner in which I would be able to have styling code shown in the carousel which is pulled in automatically from the excerpt.

This stems from a need to have a description and 3 custom fields after it.

For example:

Short description of employee

Sector: [custom field “Sectors”]
Rate: [custom field “Rate”]
Reference: [custom field “Reference number”]
