Excerpt option from Inked Blog

  • I am using the very nice Inked Blog Widget.
    Only the “Show Excerpt” Option does not work.
    The complete content is shown, not the excerpt with – for example – length 300.
    What can I do?

    Now I have edit the Blog-post and the text is longer.
    I see, that inked Blog shows an excerpt, but not with the length, I gave.
    The Excerpt has always the same length.
    Equal what I configure in the widget.

    Oh, i did not understand, that excerpt length meens the count of words and not the count of signs.
