Excerpt option no longer showing

  • We have been using the Testimonial plugin for a few years and it’s been working great. But now for some reason, we are are not able to show the excerpt box on the individual testimonials. It’s not showing as an option to show/hide in the Screen Options menu. The excerpt field is working fine on our other posts, just not the testimonials. Any ideas on what could cause this to break, and how we can fix it? We want to add new testimonials with excerpts, as well as go back and edit ones we have previously added before the box disappeared.

    Testimonial excerpt options are available in the premium version of this plugin which can be used to add/edit/update excerpts and show instead of actual content.
