Excerpt on accordion

I’m trying to see if it’s possible to show an exerpt of the content on the accordion.

For exemple on this page: https://terre-humanisme.org/sur-le-terrain/france

You have an 3 accordions and I would like to show an excerpt of the content for each.

Can we do that? I hope I’m clear enough.
