Excerpt from one blog automatically appear in another?

Is there a way that I can make whatever is in the “excerpt” field of a new post appear in a pre-determined location in a particular post in another blog?

For example, whenever I post in the following blog:
https://www2.islandnet.com/~posabilities/wp2/
What appears on this page is what I put in the “excerpt” field.

I want to know if the excerpt of any new post in this blog can automatically appear in the blog here:
https://www.posabilities.ca
in the location under the yellowish image banner. This post is always there on the home page.

A the moment, I can manually copying and pasting from the first blog, and deleting when I post a new post. I am wondering whether I can automate this, and make the old blog excerpt disappear when the new one appear.
