Regarding your question, I am still unclear what you want to do. Do you mean you want to show the excerpt of last article only and show the full content of other articles in homepage, category page and other archive page?

I would love to you help you if you present your idea more clearly.

Now, when I open the home page, I see the full content of the last articles. I wuold like to see only the excerpt of the last articles (and the full content only if I open the article). As the well: when I open a category, I would like to see only the excerpt of the articles of that category, not the full content of them.

Maybe I still did not explain what I mean.

It is in a blog for which I used another theme.
As you can see, when you open this page you do ot see thfull content of the articles, but only their excerpt.
I wuold like to do the seme thing in the blog I write; if it is ot possible in the home page, at least in the archives.

Being a non-native English speaker, I apologize for not understanding what you meant. You can easily enable excerpt in homepage. Go to this page ( https://www.sofiasabatti.it/wordpress/wp-admin/customize.php ) and Go to Homepage Setting and then uncheck the box side to ‘Enable Full Post on Homepage’. Then the excerpt are shown in homepage, category page and archive page. The full post can be viewed after clicking on the post title or read more link.

Don’t worry for your English: mine is surely worst! I’m Italian and I’ve anly studiet English at school!
Unfortunately, the “Enable Full Post on Homepage” is already unchecked, but I see the full content of articles in category page and archive page.
I’ll try re-installing the theme, and I’ll tell you.

I wasn’t aware of that issue. By using that setting, currently the theme enable excerpt/full post only on homepage. The newer version is on the way which enable excerpt/full post on Home/Archive/Category/Search pages.
