Exceptions

Unable to add exceptions.
I can select all dropdowns except Service Provider (Only one service provider exists)
I am inputting dates in accordance with the European settings that have been set in the “Settings” tab.
e.g.
08-06-2016 08:00But on submitting the exception it does not get logged.
Please advise
