    Hi, CTS,

Unfortunately, I don’t quite understand exactly what you’re having an issue with. Are you trying to create an exception in the plugin admin (in the “Exceptions” tab)? If so, after filling in all the fields and then clicking the “Add New Exception” button, what happens. Is it just the date that doesn’t get saved, or does the exception not show up at all in the table on the right-hand side?

    Thank you

    Hi,

I’m trying to create an exception in the plugin admin in the Exceptions Tab and have completed all the fields that I can add anything to (that is every field except the “Service Provider” drop down which is empty) then I click Add New Exception but absolutely nothing gets added at all.

The exception does not show in the table on the right.

    Thanks

    Hi Steve,

We have released an update fixing the issue. The format which the fields take should be the following (it is independent of the Basic Option “Date/Time Format”): YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00

Let us know if it works out for you too! ??

    Best regards,

    Thanks

    +1

The exception gets saved in the table on the right-hand side, but it doesn’t appear in the calendar.
