    I recently encountered an issue with the Compressx AVIF, WebP Converter plugin where it was converting all media library images to AVIF and WebP, but one image had a missing path, causing an error. I reached out to WPvivid Support, and Nicholas was incredibly responsive and helpful. He quickly identified the problem—an issue with the database for the image in question—and updated the plugin code to skip the problematic image while optimizing the rest. The support was not only prompt but also very professional, and Nicholas made sure I understood the issue and the solution.

    The plugin itself works seamlessly and has greatly improved the performance of my site by converting images to more efficient formats. It’s clear that the team behind this plugin is dedicated to delivering a top-notch product and excellent customer service.
