Exceptional support!

I was experiencing a very strange issue on a client site with authenticating the pro version of Formidable Forms. After doing the usual troubleshooting and talking to the host, I turned the issue over to support for their assistance not knowing if it the problem was on their side or not. They checked the site over, kept the client and myself informed of actions, and were finally able to resolve the problem, with a good explanation as to what it was and what they had to do to fix it.
