Exceptional support

  • I would confidently say that Nitropack is worth choosing over other optimisation plugins due to their customer support alone.

    I had a few conflicts with Nitropack and other plugins on my WordPress website.

    Many plugin developers will often just say “contact the other plugin developer” or “you need to deactivate xyz plugin as that is the one causing the problem”

    But NitroPack did the opposite: they logged into my site on more than one occasion to manually patch Nitropack so that it would work with the conflicting plugins. Those patches are now included in the core plugin updates.

    Really, the team have gone above and beyond. Thank you so much.
