Exceptional Customer Service

I have been learning a lot about wordpress and building a website. Some moments have been very frustrating ….trying to make plugins work properly or even deciding on which ones to use.
I was having some difficulty and Franco at Booking Ultra went above and beyond normal customer service to help me out. He seriously made my day yesterday! Im using the free version of the plugin, I really did not expect the service and resolution that I received. Exceptional!!
