Exception thrown when Adding to other Calendar

When I attempt to Add Calendar to other calendar using the Subscribe to Filtered calendar button, I get this error
Exception thrown
DateTime::__construct() [datetime.–construct]: Failed to parse time string (20160509T000000ZUNTIL=20160509T235959Z;) at position 15 (Z): The timezone could not be found in the database
Also, the calendar will sync to Google but does not contain the most recently added events.
