Exception thrown, invalid product

  • I’m struggling to get this plug-in to properly function. Every time I click “Product based”, I get this error. What’s going on here?

    How do we come to a resolution without me giving you credentials/access to my site? I’ve been told by CED Commerce that’s what I need to do, but I don’t feel comfortable with that.
