    Hi,
Great plugin and it is now the main correspondence tool for our hockey club.
The problem I am having as the administrator is that I am getting mixed messages from public subscribers that they are not receiving emails for some of the posts. I have set up 2 dummy public subscribers to check if the emails are getting through and I have no problems. Is there a report I can run that will list the subscribers that have any failures with the emails sent. I know I have some problems with hotmail accounts but that problem is usually related to full inboxes.

    Thanks

  • @tigweb,

Emails failures can happen in many places, you can get “errors” on the sending server and you can get “errors” on the recipient server (such as a full hotmail inbox). You can also sometimes get errors on mail relay servers in between the sending and ultimate recipient server.

You can install a mail logging plugin to detect errors on he sending server (i.e. your server) but the best way to check for errors is to send from a valid email address with an inbox and to check that inbox for received email bounce and error messages.

These mail loggers work very well:

Thanks @mattyrob. I found those loggers when I searched the other posts on the forum. I will send an email from my domain and see which ones bounce.

    Thanks again
