I am currently testing this plugin, but cannot find to set a lunch break period.
I tried with an exeception, but that only works on a per day basis.
I would like to have general function for a lunch break, or the exexption working without a day in the time

    Hi Peter,

Unfortunately, we do not have such an option at the moment. We take this as a suggestion and look forward to implement in a future update to the plugin.

    Hi,

I currently have programmed two sessions one for the morning and one for the afternoon. But this is sorted wrong on the list when you select a date.
It shows the afternoon times before the morning times.
Is this something that can be easely changed ?

    Thanks for your quick reply
I can also take care for the dutch translation.

    Hi

It appears that the hours are shown by id of the provider records.
That is not correct in my opinion, it should take the hours within the provider records for the sequence.

    Hi Peter,

I’m not quite sure what you mean by two sessions. Like two different providers for the same service? Could you please let us know what you mean? And could you send us a link to your appointment page, so we can see these two sessions?

    Hi,

I mean one provider that has two time tables and the same service.
This is the page I am talking about:
    https://helpdesk.hospiceamandi.nl/?page_id=444
You have to click on the appointment date say 25 of this month.
Then it shows the available timeslots in the wrong order (order by ID, not by time)
You will also see that the text of the second time table is shown to far to the right.
Can you tell me which table does contain the provider time tables?

    Hi Peter,

How have you programmed two different sessions for the same provider for the same day? Or is it set up as two different providers? If it’s two different providers, then that would explain what you’re seeing. It shows it separated by provider. The order of providers displayed is not based on who has the earliest starting time.

    Hi,

It is the same provider for the same day with two blocks of hours.
One remark, in the small calender it works fine !
It is the full calender where it goes wrong.

But now I understand why you pointed to by different providers.
Indeed I altered the names to try to get the hours properly.
And that causes a sort of the hours obviously. But that brings me to the following remark, back to the first report I did. I you created the provider and you save it, than it will put the last added provider on top of the list. And if the last provider has the later hours on that day, then the calender will show the hours on the wrong place !

For others who may see this, Peter also emailed us, where we said/suggested the following:

Even if you name two different providers with the exact same name, it treats them as two different providers. And the two different providers are not listed based on their starting times. Try swapping the available hours on your two providers (so take the one that is currently 9-11 and make it 13-16, and vice versa).
