Exceptional Customer Support

  • I think its really important to always recognise good customer support for any type of service or industry, and Mike from Dropshipping Guru exceed all expectations.

    Using AliNext Pro plugin is not complex, but I did run into issues which I needed assistance with. Mike was patient, kind, supportive and fast.

    Off the back of my ticket, Mike added new features which I think will make AliNext even better for everyone. When I consider the many replies we both had to craft, its easy to forget just how much time it takes (on both sides) to actually write replies, gather evidence, post screenshots, upload files, and then patiently wait for each response due to our time-zone differences.

    I can honestly say Mike was super easy to write to, he listened from my perspective, and was willing to change, tweak and add new features to make his plugin more robust.
