EXCEPTION Call to undefined function add_shortcode_param()

Hi,

I’m using Duplicator to create a carbon copy of a website I’m taking over from another designer who is stopping his business.

I’ve created the duplicator copy and tried to install it on my server but I received an error.
You can find the error below (I’ve made some changes in italic for privacy reasons.)
