Excelllent product and support

I was looking for a transactional email service to use with woocommerce and SendInBlue works really well. Easy to set up and very reliable. Also good diagnostic tools to show you when the email was sent, when it was first clicked, when it was opened etc. From a transactional perspective this really helps with customer issues.

A couple of things to look out for. When you set this up. You need to ask them to turn on transactional emails (took 30 mins for mine to be switched on). This is understandable given the likelihood of spammers trying to use the service.

You are limited to 300 emails per day for the free version. So if you are sending email campaigns as well as transactional emails these all come out of your 300 free ones. Like any platform, you can have unlimited contacts but are limited in the service by the contract you take out.

Give it a try, most of the negative reviews on here didn’t understand the terms of service or could be bothered to sort out requests to turn on transactional emails.
