Thank you for the your kind words @ggtwebmaster. We are going to be adding improvements as we go along and we hope you like them.
There are a few ways to improve the spam filter issue, but most of them have to do with the email address you use for your site and what process you use for sending emails. That is pretty much beyond our control at this point and beyond the scope of what the plugin does.
There are a lot of factors that could contribute to why emails from your website go to spam folders ranging from server settings to links in emails. Almost all sites I deal with advise people to check their spam filters if they don’t see emails from them in their inbox.
You might consider one of the following which might help with the spam folder issue. But there is no guarantee because the settings on the receiving end can also cause spam filters to place emails into the spam folders.

**UPDATE**
I had to change my 5 to a 3 rating. Everything works beautifully, except the social login functions. Following all the directions as recommended (go and find Youtube video turorials to figure out how to get API keys and whatnot), the social logins don’t work.
I searched the forum (as it is recommended to search first before posting in case your question was already asked) over at Users Ultra and found a member with the same question. However I did not see a resolution.
With that being said, I am extremely sad that I had to change the rating. But seeing as I now need that functionality, and it doesn’t work, giving 5 stars wouldn’t be true. Sorry ??

The social login and registration features have been deeply tested and we’re not having issues.
I know that setting up the FB, Twitter and Google API keys could be a little bit frustrating.
If you wish, I could check your current installation for you. However, I might need to check your FB page in order to see what’s going on. Without checking in I just can say that it has to bee a “permission” or redirection issue.

Thank you for being honest. My question is though, have you visited our forums? Have you raised this issue?
We updated the plugin to address these issues just prior to you giving your updated review. I am wondering if you attempted to address these issues after the update.
I personally don’t care if you give a one star review. I don’t live for reviews. But, given the fact that we have updated the plugin to address these issues and we aren’t having issues with the social connect on our sites, this could be the result of many different factors. So, we would have to attempt to take a look at it and see if there is something we could do better or if there are settings that are incorrectly set up.
Please let us know if you are interested in us helping you through these issues by posting a support topic either through www.remarpro.com support forums for this plugin or visit our forums where we can provide more in depth support.

We are happy you are enjoying the plugin.Wow. There was no need to be rude as I was not rude. However, I will inform you that although you have ‘updated’, the problem still persists.
#1: I am a member of the Users Ultra Support Forum. Your instructions there clearly say to use the search first, which I did…and found this thread https://www.usersultra.com/support/forums/topic/socail-networking-setup/. In that thread the user had the exact same issue. This was 2 days ago. The issue was not resolved for them nor for me. I did not make a new thread because the topic was already open.
#2 I saw that there is a Users Ultra Pro now for $49.97/yr and it crossed my mind to upgrade, however due to the tone of your response, I am deciding against it. If this is how you treat all of your users and prospective customers, I’d rather invest my money elsewhere.
#3 Since you personally don’t care if I give a one star review and don’t live for reviews, I’ll gladly change my 3 star rating to a 1.
I am sincerely disappointed in the the lack of tact in your message. Had you simply offered to assist instead of being rude, I would have been happy to work with you and start a new thread at your request. Instead, I think I will give BuddyPress or some other plugin another look.

With regard to your retaliatory reduction of the review, because you perceive my response to be rude, what exactly was it I said that you believe is rude.
Quite frankly, I don’t care if you leave a one star review, I know the product is not worthy of a one star review and our support isn’t worthy of such a review. Having said that, feel free to do as you wish. I simply asked if you had posted a support topic and if you had we would work with you to get it resolved. And I did wonder if you had attempted to resolve the issue with the update. My statement is, that you did not ask for support which is clearly offered throughout our presentation of the plugin.
As I stated, we are not having the issues with the plugin on our site. We have the specific social feature people say they are having issues with active on the support forums to show that the plugin isn’t having the issue. And as I have said before, there are many reasons a setup may not be working. This is not uncommon, that is why we offer the support.
Again, if you will post a topic, we will assist you.
However, I will note that it was not us who came here and reduced the review without asking for our support. This should have been taken up with the support forums.

Doesn’t help either. That’s simply not the way to address people who use your plugin or who may be interested in purchasing.
Again, I stated that I followed instructions to search your forums first before posting, which I did and I gave you the link to the post with the exact same question that I had that had not been resolved. I saw no reason to begin a new post when it had already been addressed.
Thank you for the apology, however, saying “If I came across as rude” is totally a non-apology. But I get it, as you stated quite frankly that you could care less. No hard feelings here. Thank you for replying. We have moved on with BuddyPress with no issues. I won’t be replying to this thread anymore.
